Study of Body Attitude Criteria of Indoor Hockey Players Based on Body Height to Obtain Accurate Shooting Techniques

The purpose of this study was to make a preliminary the criteria for accurate shooting techniques based on height. Researchers in analyzed an ball technique body posture consisting initial attitude, execution and final attitude. has been demonstrated by indoor hockey players at Sports Science Faculty, Jakarta State University. data obtained were taken through observation, interviews, filling out questionnaires. This uses qualitative method distributing questionnaires each player. population used athlete University Jakarta. sample using total sampling technique. results respondents stated that playing experience, comfort, postures support ability shoot accurately, respectively, shown percentage strongly agree are 45% 44%, 52% 70% 30%. Furthermore, height, largest 44% disagreed 26% doubtful, arm length doubtful 41% disagreed. means height do not affect respondent's accuracy accurately. However, distance between hand grips affects is reinforced grip 19% 59% handles comfort 33% 56%. will be given athletes coaches as evaluation material.
